Subscription Agreement

THIS IS A MONTHLY AUTO-RENEW CONTRACT UNLESS CANCELED BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Metafoura! By subscribing beyond the free trial, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review this agreement carefully before proceeding with your first monthly payment.

2. Subscription Terms

  • Subscribers are required to pay a monthly fee, which will be invoiced each month.

  • Users will be notified 45 days in advance of any changes to the subscription fee.

  • The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • The subscriber and Metafoura have the right to terminate the subscription.

  • You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to Metafoura. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.

3. Billing and Payments

  • The first monthly fee is charged immediately following the subscription date or the last day of any trial period.

  • Fees do not include any taxes or duties, which users are solely responsible for.

  • All amounts are quoted in and payable in US dollars.

  • Continued access is contingent on timely payments. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access.

4. Account Access and Security

  • Users will have an account provided by Metafoura.

  • Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

  • Any activity occurring under a user’s login is the sole responsibility of that user.

  • If unauthorized activity or a security breach is suspected, users must notify sales@metafoura.com immediately.

5. Reference to Terms of Use

  • By subscribing, users agree to Metafoura’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. The Terms of Use can be found on the Metafoura website.

6. Disclaimers

WEBSITE USERS REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT THEY HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) UTILIZED. By accepting this agreement, you authorize Metafoura to charge the applicable subscription fees. Platform users agree that any third-party processing company retained by Metafoura has the right to process subscription payments submitted. Payments will be subject to the third-party processing service's account agreement, terms of use, and privacy policy.

By proceeding with the first monthly payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Subscription Agreement.
